Because of the positive experience with TeamViewer at work, I now use the free version of TeamViewer to take care of my Mother-In-Law's pc. My day never goes without an issue it seems! Today I got another problem but similar to the previous one. This time the remote machine considered that the Caps lock is ON. I entered my password twice but each time the login box returned me saying that I have entered a wrong password. If I again make a mistake my user account will get locked.
